Your confirmation identifies the Haneda terminal and exact public meeting point after customs. If the optional ¥3,000 Airport Meet & Greet is selected, it also confirms the name-board workflow. Follow that confirmation rather than a generic arrivals-hall instruction.
Narita International Airport · NRT
For most Haneda and Narita arrivals, your chauffeur meets you after customs at the public meeting point stated in your confirmation. If your booking includes the optional ¥3,000 Airport Meet & Greet, the chauffeur displays your confirmed passenger name. Narita Terminal 3 is the exception: the meeting point and vehicle pickup are at Terminal 2 because Octoshell Japan vehicles do not enter the Terminal 3 parking area. Exact directions are sent before travel.
