Airport transfers include flight tracking and 90 minutes of complimentary arrival waiting time. Personalised Airport Meet & Greet is available for ¥3,000.

Every published fixed fare includes all tolls and parking required for the agreed route. Direct customers pay the fixed fare plus the disclosed 5% Stripe processing fee. A requested route change, added stop, extra time or other separately applicable surcharge is agreed before service.
