Follow the airport signs and complete one step at a time. Airport staff can help whenever you are unsure.
Immigration
Have your passport and arrival information ready. Follow the instructions for a staffed counter or automated gate.
Ask airport staff if you need an entry stamp.
Collect your luggage
Check the screen for your flight number and baggage belt. Match each suitcase to its baggage tag.
Report missing or damaged luggage before leaving this area.
Declare controlled items
Meat, fruit, plants, animals and certain related products may require inspection.
If you are unsure, declare the item and ask an officer.
Clear customs
Take all your luggage to customs. If you used Visit Japan Web, follow the electronic declaration signs.
Customs officers may still request an inspection.
Meet your chauffeur
After customs, enter the public arrivals lobby and go to the meeting point shown in your confirmation.
Your chauffeur cannot enter immigration, baggage claim or customs.

What if baggage delivery takes longer than expected?
Your 90 minutes of complimentary waiting starts from the actual landing time. If baggage or customs takes longer, keep your phone connected and update our team. Any waiting charge after the free period follows the rate confirmed with your booking.
What if I cannot find my chauffeur?
Stay in the public arrivals lobby and check the meeting point in your confirmation. Contact the support number in that message before moving to another terminal or transport area so our team can guide both you and the chauffeur.
