Seamless, flat-rate airport transfers between central Tokyo and Haneda or Narita Airport. The service includes real-time flight tracking and 90 minutes of free waiting after landing. Airport Meet & Greet with a personalised name board is available for ¥3,000.
Long-distance point-to-point transport from the Greater Tokyo area. We review the itinerary, licensed operating scope and vehicle availability before providing a quotation.
A dedicated vehicle and chauffeur for agreed multi-stop business, shopping or sightseeing itineraries, arranged for the confirmed service period.
Pickup details, itinerary, vehicle suitability and chauffeur assignment are reviewed before the journey, with the agreed operating plan confirmed in writing.

Octoshell Japan is operated by Baihappou Co., Ltd. The Kanto Transport Bureau granted the company permission to operate a General Passenger Automobile Transportation Business—the legal category used for licensed private-hire and chauffeur transport in Japan.

Baihappou Co., Ltd. operates Octoshell Japan under Kanto Transport Bureau permit 関自旅二第1248号. Commercial passenger vehicles are assigned with drivers holding the professional licence required for the service.
Insurance is reviewed as separate categories: third-party bodily injury, third-party property damage, personal injury and own-vehicle damage. Current policy documents and applicable terms are verified before procurement disclosure; coverage depends on the policy and circumstances of an incident.
Passenger seating, luggage, child seats and mobility equipment are reviewed together before vehicle assignment. Vehicle suitability and the operating arrangement are confirmed before travel.
Operations coordinates flight tracking, booking confirmation and the agreed meeting arrangement. If a vehicle or operating issue occurs, we review compliant alternatives subject to availability; a replacement vehicle is not promised until confirmed.
Travel trade
Octoshell Japan supports travel agencies, DMCs, concierge companies, hotels and executive assistants with licensed private chauffeur services centred on Tokyo and reviewed routes. We confirm the vehicle, capacity, route, timing and operating terms before every booking.

Booking support is available in English, Japanese and Chinese. Chauffeurs can communicate in everyday English; native-level Japanese or Chinese depends on the assigned driver.
