About This Service
Narita International Airport lies approximately 60–75 km from central Tokyo. Octoshell Japan assigns a private Toyota Alphard or Toyota HiAce Grand Cabin to the confirmed journey and tracks the inbound flight. Airport Meet & Greet with a personalised name board is available for ¥3,000.
We coordinate pickup using live flight tracking. Complimentary waiting is 90 minutes from actual landing; a later entered time does not extend it. Delayed pickup for shopping or dining is not available with a standard airport transfer.
The ¥25,000 one-way fixed fare includes all tolls and terminal parking required for the agreed route, plus fuel. Applicable night charges, extra waiting or route changes are confirmed separately. Toyota HiAce Grand Cabin is recommended from 5 passengers: 5–9 passengers with around 8 checked suitcases. More than 9 passengers or more than 8 checked suitcases require multiple vehicles or a custom arrangement. Dimensions and special items still require confirmation. Direct customers pay securely by Stripe. Full payment is due 7 days before pickup and equals the confirmed fixed fare plus a 5% processing fee. If a booking is confirmed within 7 days of pickup, payment is due immediately. Approved B2B accounts follow separately agreed written terms.

Where will the chauffeur meet me at Narita?
For most Haneda and Narita arrivals, your chauffeur meets you after customs at the public meeting point stated in your confirmation.
If your booking includes the optional ¥3,000 Airport Meet & Greet, the chauffeur displays your confirmed passenger name.
Narita Terminal 3 is the exception: the meeting point and vehicle pickup are at Terminal 2 because Octoshell Japan vehicles do not enter the Terminal 3 parking area.

Can I book a round trip from Tokyo to Narita and back?
Yes.
Round-trip bookings are available and can be requested in a single booking form.
The return leg is priced at the same ¥25,000 flat rate.
How far in advance should I book a Narita transfer?
Please book at least 36 hours before pickup.
Requests within 36 hours are subject to availability and a 15% urgent-booking surcharge if accepted.
