Follow the airport signs and complete one step at a time. Airport staff can help whenever you are unsure.

Follow Arrivals

Leave the aircraft and follow the signs for Arrivals and Immigration.

Do not follow transfer signs unless you have another flight.

Immigration

Have your passport and arrival information ready. Follow the instructions for a staffed counter or automated gate.

Collect your luggage

Check the screen for your flight number and baggage belt. Match each suitcase to its baggage tag.

Report missing or damaged luggage before leaving this area.

Plant & animal quarantine — if applicable

Follow the quarantine signs only if you are carrying items that require inspection, such as certain meat, fruit, plants or animal products.

Clear customs

Take all your luggage to customs. If you used Visit Japan Web, follow the electronic declaration signs.

Customs officers may still request an inspection.

Meet your chauffeur

After customs, follow the airport meeting instructions in your booking confirmation.

Terminal 1

Use the North or South arrival area stated in your booking message.

Terminal 2

After arrival
Complete immigration, collect your luggage and clear customs, then enter the public arrivals lobby.

Terminal 3 → Terminal 2

Octoshell Japan meeting and vehicle pickup take place at Terminal 2.

Complete immigration, collect your luggage and clear customs, then enter the public arrivals lobby.

Your flight arrives at Narita Terminal 3, but your Octoshell Japan chauffeur meeting point and vehicle pickup are at Terminal 2. Our vehicles do not enter the Terminal 3 parking area. After collecting your luggage, continue to Terminal 2 by the free terminal shuttle or pedestrian walkway. We send the exact Terminal 2 meeting point and directions before travel. Do not wait for the vehicle at the Terminal 3 taxi stand.
