Not sure which terminal? Email your ship name and travel date to [email protected] before completing the pickup address. A port city alone is not an exact meeting point.

Both directions can be requested. Times below reproduce the port authorities’ access guidance and its stated transport mode; they are not flight-connection guarantees. Allow extra time for disembarkation, baggage, traffic and check-in. Hotel timing depends on the full address. Sources checked 21 September 2026.

Your ship. The right terminal.Know where to meet.

Tokyo and Yokohama are not one pickup point. Send your ship name, travel date and cruise documents so the exact terminal and meeting arrangement can be reviewed. Other terminals are by request.

01 / TOKYO

Tokyo International Cruise Terminal

Aomi 2-chome, Koto-ku, Tokyo 135-0064, Japan

Tokyo’s cruise terminal in Aomi, not Yokohama. Check the full terminal name on your cruise documents; the terminal address is not a confirmed driver meeting point.

Official terminal information

02 / YOKOHAMA

Osanbashi Passenger Terminal

1-1-4 Kaigandori, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Japan

Central Yokohama, with rail access nearby. Do not confuse it with Daikoku Pier; confirm the ship’s assigned terminal before choosing the pickup address.

Official terminal information

03 / YOKOHAMA

Daikoku Pier Cruise Terminal

13 Daikoku-Futo, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama, Japan

A separate terminal in Yokohama’s industrial port area. The city lists taxi connections from nearby railway stations; do not plan it as an Osanbashi walk-up pickup.

Official terminal information

04 / YOKOHAMA

Shinko Pier Cruise Terminal

2-11-4 Shinko, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Japan

A separate waterfront terminal near the Minato Mirai area, with walkable rail connections. Use the terminal name rather than just “Yokohama Port”.

Official terminal information

Your ship, sailing date & exact terminal

Do not choose Osanbashi from the cruise line’s name alone. Send the ship name, sailing date and terminal shown on your cruise documents. Tokyo International, Osanbashi, Daikoku and Shinko are different pickup points. We provide independent ground transport, not a cruise-line-operated shuttle.

A clearer plan before you travel.Leave the details to us.

01

People & luggage

Tell us adults, children, large cases, cabin bags and special items. Seat limits and luggage limits are not simultaneous guarantees. Child seats and driver-language requests need advance confirmation.

02

Pickup & waiting

Confirm the pickup time, meeting point and waiting terms in your quote. Airport-arrival waiting allowances do not automatically apply to cruise pickups. If disembarkation changes, contact us promptly; revised arrangements depend on availability.

03

Quote & confirmation

Your quote depends on the terminal, destination, date, vehicle and any stops. Review included charges, waiting, payment and cancellation terms before agreeing. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.

Toyota Alphard

Toyota Alphard · recommended for 1–4 guests; up to 6 seats. Luggage space changes with occupancy. Send all suitcase sizes and any stroller before vehicle confirmation.

Toyota Hiace Grand Cabin

Toyota Hiace Grand Cabin · recommended for 5–8 guests; up to 9 seats. Nine guests with cruise luggage need a full load check; seat and bag maxima are not a combined guarantee.

A real booking plan: cruise, Tokyo stops, then NaritaLuggage, stops & a flight.

Two guests requested pickup at Tokyo International Cruise Terminal with three large suitcases and three carry-on bags. We proposed an Alphard and two stops—Shibuya Crossing and Senso-ji—rather than a full-day sightseeing list, and confirmed that luggage could stay in the vehicle during those stops. The booking correspondence includes payment confirmation.

09:00 requested pickup → 15:00 airport arrival target → 18:00 international flight

An anonymised booking-planning example, not a verified arrival-time report. Pickup time is not the ship’s docking time. The luggage arrangement was specific to this request, not a universal vehicle capacity promise. Your airline’s deadlines and actual disembarkation determine your plan.
