Sales Price
Prices are displayed on individual service quotes, estimate screens, or booking pages (inclusive of consumption tax).
Every published fixed fare includes all tolls, highway fees, deadhead tolls and parking fees required for the agreed itinerary, plus any quoted chauffeur overnight accommodation. The final direct-customer price also includes the disclosed 5% Stripe processing fee and any applicable supplement before booking.
Additional Fees Required
- Spontaneous Amendment Fees
- Additional fees for newly incurred highway tolls, parking fees, deadhead tolls, chauffeur accommodation expenses, and hourly extension surcharges will only apply if a passenger spontaneously requests a change of route, additional stopovers, or an extension of service time after the journey has commenced.
- Transaction/Data Surcharges
- Internet connection and data fees incurred while browsing our website or utilizing online booking/payment services.
- Bank Fees
- Transfer fees associated with payments made via bank wire (Furikomi).
Every published fixed fare includes all tolls and parking required for the agreed route. Direct customers pay the fixed fare plus the disclosed 5% Stripe processing fee. A requested route change, added stop, extra time or other separately applicable surcharge is agreed before service.
Payment Methods
Direct customers pay by credit card through Stripe. Approved B2B accounts may use invoicing or bank transfer only under separately agreed written terms; cash payment to the chauffeur is not offered to direct customers.
Timing of Payment
Direct customers pay securely by Stripe. Full payment is due 7 days before pickup and equals the confirmed fixed fare plus a 5% processing fee. If a booking is confirmed within 7 days of pickup, payment is due immediately. Approved B2B accounts follow separately agreed written terms.
Service Delivery Time
Vehicles will be dispatched to the designated location at the date and time specified in your booking confirmation or final travel itinerary.
Cancellations and Refunds
7 or more days before pickup: free cancellation. Less than 7 days to 48 hours before pickup: 20% of the confirmed price. From 48 to 24 hours: 50%. Within 24 hours or no-show: 100%. The cancellation fee may be waived when force majeure causes the passenger’s scheduled public transport to be officially canceled and prompt evidence is provided. A delay or schedule change is not a cancellation; for airport and cruise pickups, we monitor the confirmed flight or ship service.
For separately quoted B2B, multi-day, peak-season, or special-event bookings, cancellation and deposit terms explicitly stated in the written quotation or agreement before booking confirmation supersede the standard policy above.
