Can Octoshell Japan pick us up directly outside?
Often, but not automatically. Narrow streets, private access, building rules, traffic restrictions or unsafe stopping conditions can make a nearby meeting point more practical. Send the exact address, building name and any host access instructions. Operations reviews access before confirmation; the chauffeur does not improvise an unsafe stop on the service day.

A vehicle may have enough seats and still be wrong for the luggage. Octoshell Japan checks adults, children, checked bags, carry-ons, stroller and special items together. Toyota Alphard can carry up to 6 passengers depending on luggage configuration; Toyota HiAce Grand Cabin is generally recommended for 5–9 passengers or heavier luggage combinations. The actual arrangement is confirmed by operations.
