Toyota Alphard and Toyota HiAce Grand Cabin options are checked against the complete passenger, suitcase, stroller and special-item combination before confirmation.
Toyota Alphard: recommended for 1–4 passengers with standard luggage; up to 6 passengers, excluding the chauffeur.
Toyota HiAce Grand Cabin is recommended from 5 passengers: 5–9 passengers with around 8 checked suitcases. More than 9 passengers or more than 8 checked suitcases require multiple vehicles or a custom arrangement. Dimensions and special items still require confirmation.
