We landed at Haneda from Seoul and the immigration line was way longer than we expected. It took almost 70 minutes just to get through everything, and we were honestly a bit worried the driver might leave or charge extra. But he was still there when we came out, holding a sign and smiling like nothing had happened. No extra fee, no complaints, just helped us with our luggage and got us straight into the Alphard. We stayed in an Airbnb in Shinjuku, and I'm really glad we didn't try to take the subway after that flight. With two suitcases each, it would've been a nightmare dealing with the crowds and transfers. The ride was smooth, and we could just relax instead of dragging bags through stations. After that experience, I'd definitely use Octoshell again next time in Japan.

Honestly just wanted to get a group to Nikko without dealing with train changes and lockers. Friend suggested OCTOSHELL and it was the right call. The van was comfortable, driver was professional, and we could just relax the whole way.
