We landed at Haneda from Seoul and the immigration line was way longer than we expected. It took almost 70 minutes just to get through everything, and we were honestly a bit worried the driver might leave or charge extra. But he was still there when we came out, holding a sign and smiling like nothing had happened. No extra fee, no complaints, just helped us with our luggage and got us straight into the Alphard. We stayed in an Airbnb in Shinjuku, and I'm really glad we didn't try to take the subway after that flight. With two suitcases each, it would've been a nightmare dealing with the crowds and transfers. The ride was smooth, and we could just relax instead of dragging bags through stations. After that experience, I'd definitely use Octoshell again next time in Japan.

The driver, Mr. Zhang is a good speaker of English, which is also good for the guests. I think he is quite a good driver.
